1. Information we collect

• Account information — when you create an account we collect your name, email address, and a password. Your password is stored only as a secure cryptographic hash, never in plain text.
• Billing information — subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer reference and your subscription status. We do not collect or store your full payment-card number; card details are handled entirely by Stripe.
• License information — when you generate a license we store the machine ID you provide and the license keys issued to you.
• Technical and usage data — when you download an installer we record the platform, the software version, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string. We also keep standard sign-in and session information.
• Communications — if you contact us through the website or by email, we keep your message and contact details so we can respond.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and operate the Service; to create, issue, and verify your software licenses; to process subscription payments and renewals; to send transactional email such as account verification, password resets, and license information; to provide support; and to protect the Service against fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Service providers

We share information only with the providers needed to run the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Zoho ZeptoMail — delivery of transactional email.
• Our hosting provider — to host the website and store data.

These providers process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

4. Cookies

The website uses essential cookies only — to keep you signed in and to protect web forms against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

5. Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account from your account settings, we remove your personal account data. We may retain limited records, such as billing history, where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

You can review and update your name and email address, change your password, and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We protect your information with reasonable, industry-standard measures: passwords are stored as secure hashes, the website is served over HTTPS, and payment-card data is handled by Stripe rather than stored by us. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your data.

The Service is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
