True-shape nesting
Geometric packing for irregular parts with tight, sub-millimeter spacing — not just bounding boxes.
Three nesting modes
Quick for a fast layout, Advanced for tighter packing, and Advanced+GA — a genetic algorithm — for maximum yield.
Part rotation
Parts rotate automatically to find the best fit. Lock rotation per part to preserve material grain.
Hole nesting
Nest smaller parts inside the holes of larger ones, so no usable steel goes to scrap.
Multi-sheet nesting
Parts that don't fit overflow onto additional sheets automatically. Lay out a whole job at once.
Auto lead-in / lead-out
Line or arc leads, configurable per material and thickness, with separate handling for holes and outside profiles.
Kerf compensation
Inside / outside offset per material. Get final part dimensions right on the first cut.
Cut sequencing
Order cuts holes-first, by distance, row-by-row, smallest-first, or heat-dispersion to spread heat across the sheet.
DXF import
Drop in DXF files from Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD. Stray import geometry is cleaned up automatically.
LinuxCNC G-code
Generates ready-to-run G-code for LinuxCNC (CandCNC / CommandCNC). Load it on the table and cut.
Cut-time estimate
Estimated cycle time is calculated on export — useful for scheduling the table and planning the day.
DXF export
Export the finished nest back out as a DXF alongside the G-code, for records or downstream tools.
